How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

Do I need an account to place an order?

To shop online in our store, you need an account. If you don’t want to make an account, you can place your order by email or by phone.

Having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

Do you charge sales tax?

The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when placing your order. By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to New York and Tennessee.

Delivery

All orders within EUROPE are shipped via DHL:

  • Free shipping in The Netherlands.
  • Free shipping in other countries on orders above 600 euros. There is a minimum rate (€15,00*) on orders below 600 euros.

* The shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the order and the country to which it is sent. This is calculated retrospectively so your invoice amount may be higher.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Can I track my order?

Yes, that is possible, but you must send us an e-mail with a request. It is also possible to leave this within the comments field during checkout if you need it. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
